The preliminary round will be open through an online platform due to the Covid-19 pandemic, and all students will be evaluated on their submissions on this website. (File Submission Deadline: 1 October 2021, 18:00 VST)

[Step 1]
All participants should double-confirm:
Nationality (Domestic/International), Track (Elementary, Middle, High, University)

[Step 2]
Any details (essay, full speech script, voice record file) will be considered as your preliminary round document and be evaluated by the Examination Committee.

[Step 3]
Applicants must submit their contest files within the File Submission Deadline (2021/08/16 – 2021/10/01 20:00 VST).
* You must submit:
Speech participants: Full-script, Voice Record File
Time Limit: Elementary (3 min), Middle/High (4 min), University (5 min)
Essay participants: Full-essay
Word Limit: 500~700 words

* NOTE
Speech: All participants should record the Voice Record File themselves, based on the script they submit. The final round proceeds with the identical contents from the preliminary round, and you should memorize your script beforehand.
Essay: Topics for the final round will be newly presented on the date of the Final Round, distinguished according to the track. All students are recommended overall study beforehand.
